Two diagonal bands cross the finger in a continuous gesture, one polished gold, one set with 55 brilliant-cut white topazes in unbroken pavé. The point where they meet and entwine is the whole meaning of the piece. Not a clasp. A knot.

The pavé band carries light continuously across its surface, 55 topazes creating a ribbon of brilliance that shifts as the hand moves. The gold band beside it is clean and warm, its polished surface reflecting without refracting.
