She has always been slightly ahead of where the world is. Amethyst for the woman who was built to see what others haven't yet learned to look for.
The water bearer of Vedic astrology, ruled by Saturn. In Jyotish, Kumbha carries the archetype of the visionary – the one who holds knowledge and pours it outward for others. Two round Amethysts sit in hand-finished bezels. In Ratna Shastra, Amethyst is associated with clarity of mind, spiritual insight, and the stilling of mental turbulence.
Stone note: Amethyst is the traditional Western birthstone for Aquarius. The classical Jyotish gemstone for Kumbha, ruled by Saturn, is blue sapphire (Neelam).
